Paper Format Rules

• Team of 2-3 members.
• Papers must be submitted via the forms we circulate one week prior to the event
• The Paper should have the details (Name, College name, Phone no. of each participants) of the team members
• Teams will be shortlisted based on the paper, and selected teams will be asked to present their paper during the event
• The paper should be in IEEE format
• The front page should have title of paper on the top and the details of the team members at the bottom
• It should have abstract attached after the front page

Presentation Rules

• The paper submitted will have to be presented during the event
• Hard copies of the paper are to be submitted before presentation
• The Teams will get 8-10 minutes to present their paper
• It will be followed by a question and answer session
• Participants are required to present their papers in the MS-PowerPoint (PPT) format
• Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper
• The decision of judges will be final
