Round 1  UPHOLD YOUR INNOVATIONS

In this round the teams will be given with a problem case where they would be given with various devices as choices, from which they would be instructed to choose one device to resolve the problem and should give a strong and detailed justification for their choice.

1. Participants will be given limited amount of time to Justify their point of view on their choice.
2. Participants will be allowed to choose only one choice.
3. Participants are strictly prohibited from using external resources, including books, smartphones, or other electronic devices, during this round.

Round 2  REPRESENT A COMPANY

A circuit design would be given to each team. Initially the teams would be provided with a capital value and the components required for the circuit will be provided but with a particular capital value. The teams should select the required and most economical components for their circuit and build, execute and get the required output. Here both the capital value used and the time taken will be taken into consideration for scoring.

1. Participants will be provided with components and basic equipment's.
2. The participants will only be given 30 min time to build the circuit.
3. The final output will be judged based on the capital utilized and time taken for execution of the circuit.

Rules

• E Gadget Market is open to all college students who are passionate about electronics. Participants must present valid college identification.
• Participants can compete individually or in team. Team may consist of up to 2 members.
• All participants must register in advance through the official event registration portal
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards fellow participants, organizers, and event staff.
• The decision of judges will be final and violation of rules may lead to immediate disqualification.
